In the establishment and implementation of the quality assurance system, there are insufficient implementation of quality system elements, such as improper management of data preservation, loss or failure to save witnesses, failure to revise system documents in a timely manner, and failure to modify relevant requirements in accordance with new standards; Lack of quality target assessment methods, no annual internal audit plan or no organization of internal audit, no product plan, etc. In terms of product quality, there are situations where the design documents or actual products do not meet the requirements of relevant safety technical specifications and standards, fail to meet the requirements of the "Mobile Pressure Vessel Safety Technical Supervision Regulations" to apply for media review, and the quality of X-ray negatives does not meet the requirements.
