In order to implement the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" National Strategic Emerging Industry Development Plan (Guo Fa [2012] No. 28) issued by the State Council and accelerate the development of China's environmental protection technology and equipment, we have formulated the "Implementation Plan for Major Environmental Protection Technology Equipment and Product Industrialization Project".
