Employment system
We conscientiously abide by the relevant laws and regulations promulgated by the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China, strictly implement the relevant international conventions ratified by the Chinese government, and establish a relatively complete employment management system, including labor contract management system, wage insurance and welfare system, performance appraisal system, reward and punishment system, vocational training system, vacation system, etc.

The Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China was promulgated in 2007 and came into effect on January 1, 2008, and we will strengthen the administration of labor contracts in accordance with the law.
