Technical Introduction:

Petrochemical and chemical tail gas generally refers to the reaction from petrochemical plants, fertilizer plants, hydrogen plants and other chemical plants, and the high concentration of carbon dioxide tail gas released by the separation device. Petrochemical and chemical tail gas generally contains 80~99% CO2, as well as sulfur, carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, benzene, water vapor and other impurities. The system uses water washing, water separator dust removal and cooling, special adsorbent adsorption desulfurization and dehydration, patented dehydrocarbon technology dehydrocarbonization, and combined with rectification column rectification to remove methane, hydrogen, nitrogen, carbon monoxide, oxygen and other impurities, stored in the storage tank for user use.

Technical Features:

The whole set of equipment adopts targeted design, that is, different designs are made for different components of raw gas of users, so as to minimize equipment investment and operating energy consumption while ensuring product functions; 2. Concise equipment, small footprint, easy installation; 3. The control system adopts distributed control system (DCS system), which is simple to operate and can realize 24-hour continuous operation unattended. 4. The carbon dioxide contact part of the whole set of equipment is made of all stainless steel, which has strong safety and stability.
