Flue gas CO2 recycling

Technical Introduction:

Flue gas generally refers to the high temperature and low carbon dioxide concentration tail gas released by coal, gas, oil or heating in power plants, boiler factories, lime kilns, cement plants, etc. The flue gas contains 8~35% CO2, the system uses MEA to absorb carbon dioxide at room temperature, after the concentration section, carbon dioxide is adsorbed, dried, cooled, heat exchanged, and enters the rectification column for rectification, removing sulfur, nitrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, water vapor and other magazines and stored in the storage tank for user use.

Technical Features:

1. The whole set of equipment adopts targeted design, that is, different designs are made for different components of raw gas of users, so as to minimize equipment investment and operating energy consumption while ensuring product functions;

2. Concise equipment, small footprint, easy installation;

3. The control system adopts distributed control system (DCS system), which is simple to operate and can realize 24-hour continuous operation unattended.

4. The carbon dioxide contact part of the whole set of equipment is made of all stainless steel, which has strong safety and stability.
