Technical Introduction:

Fermentation gas generally refers to the high concentration of carbon dioxide tail gas released from the fermentation system of alcohol plants, breweries, sugar factories, etc., generally containing 90~99% CO2, as well as alcohols, aldehydes, methane, hydrogen, nitrogen, water vapor and other impurities, may contain a small amount of NO and grease. This system is washed with water. Water separation and special adsorbent combined to remove alcohols, aldehydes, lipids, NO, etc., and use drying, cooling, heat exchange and rectification column rectification to remove water, methane, hydrogen, nitrogen and other impurities, stored in the storage tank for user use.
