The strain-strengthened process equipment of austenitic stainless steel cryogenic containers developed by this project adopts an integrated design to realize remote monitoring and automatic control of the system and improve the safety of the process; The developed hydraulic pressure stabilization and balancing device uses the principle of single hydraulic cylinder to achieve mutual balance through the gravity of the counterweight and the pressure of the hydraulic system, which plays a role in stabilizing the system, effectively avoiding the sharp fluctuation of pressure caused by the uncontrollable deformation of the container, and improving the yield of the container; Set up pressure system safety protection to achieve overpressure protection; High-precision displacement sensors are used to measure, collect and control deformation in real time.

The project has applied for 1 invention patent, 3 utility model patents authorized, and formulated 1 enterprise standard, with independent intellectual property rights and innovation.
The equipment developed by the project has been inspected by the Guangzhou branch of Nande Certification and Testing (China) Co., Ltd., and the key performance parameters can meet the requirements of product specifications, and the container products used for cold drawing with this equipment have passed the ASME certification supervised by TÜV SÜD, and the products manufactured have been highly recognized and deeply praised by foreign owners. The project results have been put into use on the production line, and the operation is safe and stable.
The appraisal committee unanimously agreed that the project achievements reached the international advanced level and agreed to pass the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements.
