Special equipment supervision and random inspection in 2020

In order to strengthen the supervision and inspection of special equipment production units and inspection and testing institutions, and further strengthen quality supervision and management, the State Administration for Market Supervision organized and carried out the supervision and random inspection of special equipment in 2020, and on October 29, 2020, the China Special Equipment Inspection Association was specially appointed to conduct a two-day inspection and guidance work.

The special equipment inspection expert group visited the production workshop, warehouse, physical and chemical room and data room of our factory, inspected the quality control and safety performance of key production processes such as pressure vessels and special equipment, focused on sampling the design documents of pressure vessels and pressure pipeline design units, and analyzed the responsibility distribution of certified engineering personnel on the job.

Through this special equipment special inspection and rectification activity, the standardized management from the design to production and use of our special equipment has been comprehensively promoted, and potential safety hazards have been eliminated to ensure the safe operation of special equipment.
