On June 10, 2014, our company applied to the State Administration to increase the manufacturing qualification of C2 automobile tank truck (including low-temperature insulation tank). With the on-site technical control and assistance of a number of inspectors from Zhuhai Testing Institute, our company successfully obtained the manufacturing qualification through a number of measures.

The first is to improve the quality assurance system according to the manufacturing requirements of C2 automobile tank trucks (including low-temperature insulation tanks). Since the C2 automobile tank truck (including low-temperature insulation tank) is partially different from the original manufacturing equipment, our company improves the quality assurance system according to TSG Z0004-2007 "Basic Requirements for Quality Assurance System for Manufacturing, Installation, Transformation and Maintenance of Special Equipment"; Second, if hidden dangers are found, they are resolutely required to rectify to qualified. From material warehousing to identification records, from welding process evaluation to process card production, from weld quality to standard size requirements, each process is strictly required. For many non-conforming items found in the manufacturing process, such as drawings, material mark transplantation, welding process assessment not covered, etc., rectify and pass in time to ensure product quality from the source. The third is to improve the records of each process such as materials, welding, appearance inspection, non-destructive testing, strength test, etc., to ensure the traceability of each work and provide reliable data for improving product quality.
