Technical Introduction:

Large and medium-sized air separation equipment is a device that uses air as raw material to produce industrial gases such as oxygen, nitrogen and argon. According to the different boiling points of different gases in the air, this equipment uses liquefied rectification method to separate different components in the air. It is generally composed of several basic systems of compression, purification, refrigeration and rectification.

Technical Features:

1. The air purification system adopts the structure of activated alumina-molecular sieve bunk bed, which prolongs the service life of molecular sieve.

2. The upper tower of the fractionation column adopts a packing tower to reduce the operating pressure of the upper and lower towers, thereby increasing the product extraction rate and reducing energy consumption.

3. The argon making system adopts full distillation technology, which has good safety and saves investment and operating costs.
